The location is originally occupied by many food stalls frequented by the locals. With the stalls aged and beyond repair, the government has plans to demolish and upgrade the area. The proposed development intends to retain the originally stalls, albeit housing them in a more comfortable indoor environment. 

More community activity spaces are introduced, e.g. multipurpose hall, sports facilities etc. The upgraded riverbank is also turned to an existing outdoor space for gathering. 

The undulating roof forms will surely be one of its kind in this Royal town, attracting locals and tourists alike.
