A mixed-use development proposed for prime land in Ipoh. Consisted of Soho residential units, offices, retail units on ground and first floor, and a 10 story office block. Multistory car park was also proposed to ease serious traffic congestion in the area. Yellow-golden glass facade for the organic shaped office block facade was a reflection of Perak flag colour tone.
