Originally a run-down industrial structure in Ipoh, the building has been completely transformed into a modern, high-performance logistics facility โ designed to reduce environmental impact, enhance comfort, and operate efficiently for years to come.โฃ

Architecturally, the design embraces a clean and bold corporate identity โ with Wah Sengโs signature green expressed prominently across the faรงade, wrapped continuously to the rear. A staggered glass frontage gives the office wing a refined, contemporary face, while vertical fins add rhythm and shading.โฃ

Internally, typical industrial spaces were humanised โ with warm-toned graphics in stairwells, thoughtful breakout areas, and naturally lit work zones to improve wellbeing. Every decision was made with long-term functionality and worker comfort in mind.โฃ
