Located at a prime location in Taiping Town Centre, Grand Hotel is a 12-story boutique hotel designed with larger units to cater for families and group travelers. To achieve a raw finish to the building, exposed clay bricks, concrete blocks and wall surfaces are proposed by Kuee Architect.
Facilities e.g. banquet hall, swimming pool, gym, food & beverage areas are provided at respective levels of the building. When completed, it is hoped that hotel will be the grandest and one of its kind in this booming tourist town of Perak.
