At a prime area in Sungai Siput, Kuee Architect was commissioned to propose a row of unique terrace houses next to the major main road. Flanked by 3-storey courtyard houses on two sides, each unit of the houses has been designed with its own individuality and refreshing approach. Unlike ordinary residence, the internal spaces of these courtyard terrace houses are natural ventilated and well daylit throughout.
