Situated at a prime location in Penang, this multi-storey car showroom and workshop is set to be the biggest and most technologically advanced building of its kind in Malaysia. Targeted to be GBI (Green Building Index) Gold rated, many features such as rainwater harvesting system, solar panels, vertical planting, energy-saving equipment and systems etc are being incorporated into the design.

The project serves one of the most challenging to the team, as there are not many buildings of its kind in the world, let alone in Malaysia, to refer to. Yet it is at the same time, becoming one of the most interesting projects in the office as the entire design process has proven to be a steep learning curve – an opportunity unusual to come by.

This project consists of two phases:- the first being the renovation of the workshop area and second the total upscaling of the car showroom area. The design of the car showroom has adopted the brand’s corporate image in terms of colour, materiality and modular systems. Kuee Architect was involved in the second part of the project to oversee the completion of works for the luxury’s car showroom.
